Infection Prevention Conference 2021

7 September 2021
Evans Vanodine will be exhibiting at the Infection Prevention Society (IPS) annual conference in Liverpool at the end of September.

IP2021 will take place from 27-29th September, at the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool (ACC Liverpool), on the former Kings Dock. Over the last decade IPS has developed a reputation for an outstanding scientific programme, with a wide range of international and UK based speakers. Feedback from delegates in the past has positioned the conference amongst the worlds-best for the range and quality of educational and industry content. These elements come together to provide delegates and industry partners with an excellent environment in which to further build relationships and exchange ideas concerning products and technologies.

Some of the topics this year include:
What Happens to Infection Prevention and Control During a Pandemic?
Drivers of Pandemics.
Compassion in Infection Prevention and Control.
PPE Challenges.
COVID-19 Reflections and Learning
Infection Prevention outside of Acute Care.

There will also be a practical workshop in leadership and an opportunity to take part in research.

Evans are also very pleased to be a GOLD SPONSOR of the event, helping to support the work of the IPS and sponsoring one of the talks at the conference, ‘Hospital Acquired SARS-CoV-2 infection described by a pandemic preparedness protocol: the ISARIC WHO Clinical Characterisation Protocol UK’, presented by Professor Calum Semple OBE (please note that the speaker will not be receiving any direct benefit from their sponsorship). You can find out more about Professor Semple here https://www.ips.uk.net/conference/speakers/calum-semple/

This is an exciting, educational, and practice-enhancing conference. We look forward to welcoming you to our stand at the exhibition, Stand 16, where you can discuss infection prevention and our products with team of experts.
