Christmas is on its way and, as with last year, there may be ongoing concerns for businesses regarding deliveries and stock levels. This year we have the added upheaval surrounding the driver shortage, within the haulier network, and we are all still facing ongoing supply chain challenges. The dates below offer guidance on our last order dates for delivery before Christmas. As the situation regarding the haulier challenges develop, these arrangements may alter, but we will of course keep you updated on any changes.

Our current, standard delivery turnaround is 10 working days within mainland UK. However, this can fluctuate over the Christmas and New Year period, as we anticipate increased sales activity. In order to smooth the order and delivery process,  please can you place your orders as soon as possible, in the build up to Christmas, so that we can plan and accommodate your requirements where possible.
 

• Our factory will close at 12pm on Friday 24th December and will re-open at 8.30am on Tuesday 4th January 2022; there will be no deliveries during this period.
• Our last UK mainland delivery date will be Thursday 23rd December.
• Due to the ongoing safeguarding of our workforce and our on-site control measures, UK order collections remain unavailable for distributors.
• The last collection day for Ireland, for Christmas delivery, will be Thursday 16th December. The first Irish collection in the New Year will be Thursday 6th January 2022.
• The last collection for international sales orders will be Thursday 23rd December. The first international order collection in the New Year will be Wednesday 5th January 2022.

We will of course endeavour to fulfil all your orders, however, any orders received after Monday 6th December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

Our deliveries will re-commence from Tuesday 4th January 2022. We would be grateful if you could place any orders required for the first week back, in January 2022, no later than Wednesday 8th December.
