Christmas is fast approaching and this is normally a very hectic and important time for businesses. This year, however, with the added upheaval surrounding the pandemic and lockdowns, we realise there is a lot of uncertainty. The dates below offer guidance on our last order dates for delivery before Christmas. As the situation regarding lockdowns and tier restrictions develop, these arrangements may alter but we will of course keep you updated on any changes.
Our current, standard delivery turnaround is 10 working days. However, this can fluctuate over the Christmas and New Year period, as we anticipate increased sales activity. If you have plans to increase your standard stock orders, in the build up to Christmas, please could you submit your order(s) as soon as possible, so that we can plan and accommodate your requirements, where possible.
- Our factory will close at 2pm on Thursday 24th December and will re-open at 8.30am on Monday 4th January; there will be no deliveries during this period.
- Our last UK mainland delivery date will be Wednesday 23rd December.
- Due to the pandemic and our on-site control measures, UK collections are currently not available.
- The last collection day for Ireland, for Christmas delivery, will be Tuesday 22nd December. The first Irish collection in the New Year will be Tuesday 12th January 2021.
We will of course endeavour to fulfil all your orders, however, any orders received after Friday 11th December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
Our deliveries will re-commence from Monday 4th January 2021. We would be grateful if you could place any orders required for the first week back, in January 2021, no later than Tuesday 15th December.
