We're delighted to share that Nicky Biggart, our Professional Hygiene sales manager, will be taking part in the conference programme at the Manchester Cleaning Show 2024. The event is taking place Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th March, at Manchester Central.

Nicky will be a panel member on day one, along with other industry professionals, discussing 'Buyer Beware - How to Avoid Getting Caught Out by Exaggerated or False Marketing and Product Claims'

Buyers and end users who want to avoid being caught out by exaggerated, vague and false marketing and product claims will find this panel discussion, hosted by the Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA), invaluable. During the pandemic, when demand was high and urgent, many opportunists made all sorts of product claims they could not substantiate. Uncertainty across the globe putting pressure on our international supply chains is exacerbating this problem. Typical claims include long-term residual effects of cleaning chemicals, undefined claims of biodegradability, sacks being 100% recycled plastic, and chemical-free products. For this panel, manufacturing and distributor members of the CHSA will come together to share their insight and advise buyers on how to navigate the complexities and make sure they get what they pay for.
