Our Chief Microbiologist, Valerie Fotheringham, was a guest speaker recently at the REIHS's Food Update Course in Edinburgh.
The course was for Environmental Health Officers and Food Safety Officers working in Scottish local authorities. The presentation given was 'Understanding Disinfection in the Catering Industry', an extremely current topic with regards to BS EN Standards and cross contamination.
